1. Agreement
This document is a public offer to provide the creation and hosting of a personalised invitation website. Paying for an order or approving an individually quoted order constitutes acceptance of this offer, the privacy policy and the payment and refund terms.
2. Service
Invito adapts a catalogue template or creates an individually designed one-page invitation, adds the customer’s materials, configures RSVP, a page address and hosting as described in the selected package. Work outside the package is quoted separately.
3. Ordering
- Select a package and design and provide contact details.
- Pay a fixed-price package, or approve the scope and quote for a custom design.
- Complete the questionnaire and provide the required materials.
- Work begins once payment and sufficient materials have been received.
4. Price and payment
USD prices on the website are catalogue reference prices. Payment is made in a fixed UAH amount for the package you choose, shown on the checkout page before the invoice is created. Payment is accepted by bank transfer to the provider’s account, using the details emailed to you immediately after the order is placed. The provider is a single-tax payer (group 3) and is not registered for VAT, so prices carry no VAT. Your bank receipt is the proof of payment.
5. Timing
Indicative delivery is up to 2 business days for a template, 5 business days for a template with changes, and 14 business days for a custom design unless agreed otherwise. Time starts on the next business day after full payment and receipt of all necessary materials. Customer delays extend the schedule accordingly.
6. Revisions and acceptance
Every package includes one revision round: one consolidated list of changes after the first version. Additional or out-of-scope work may be quoted separately. The customer checks names, dates, times, addresses, links and copy. If no issue is reported within five calendar days after delivery, the service is considered accepted.
7. Cancellation and refunds
A full refund is available before work begins. Once the questionnaire and materials are received and personalisation has started, change-of-mind refunds are not available because the service is made to the customer’s specifications. This does not limit the right to correction of technical faults or an improperly delivered service.
8. Content and rights
The customer confirms they have the right to use all supplied text, photos, music, logos and other material. The customer may use the completed page for their event. Template source code, reusable structures and libraries remain the Provider’s intellectual property unless agreed otherwise in writing.
9. Hosting
Unless agreed otherwise, hosting and an Invito sub-address are included until one month after the event. The Provider is not liable for brief interruptions caused by hosting providers, registrars, payment providers, force majeure or other third parties, but will use reasonable efforts to restore service.
10. Data and disputes
Personal data is processed as described in the privacy policy. Ukrainian law applies. The parties first attempt to resolve disputes by contacting hello@invitodigital.store. Liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
